If you choose to withdraw your consent to receive communications electronically, you must contact customer care. Eligibility to Use

Access to and use of the Site is permitted only to individuals who are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You are strictly prohibited from retaining, copying, distributing, publishing, or using any portion of the Content unless expressly permitted under these Terms. Hewlett & printing reserves the right to add, remove, or modify any part of the Content at any time without prior notice.

The Site offers logo design tools that utilize a limited selection of design elements such as icons, fonts, color schemes, and effects. Hewlett & printing retains the right to reuse and offer these elements for future use by other users. By creating a logo using these tools or incorporating such logos into products, you do not gain exclusive rights to any individual design element.

It is possible for other users to create logos that resemble yours or share similar combinations of elements. Hewlett & printing does not guarantee that your logo will be unique or free from similarity to those created by others. Furthermore, Hewlett & printing makes no warranty that logos created using its tools will be free from infringement or claims of infringement on trademarks or other rights.

It is your sole responsibility to consult with a qualified attorney to ensure that any logo or design you create is legally available for use and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Use of Site

You are granted limited permission to access and use this Site and its Content solely for the purpose of preparing, evaluating, and ordering products or services (referred to as “Products”) through VistaPrint. Any other use—including downloading, storing, publishing, or distributing any portion of the Content—is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted by these Terms.

Purchasing Products from VistaPrint does not grant you rights to use any part of the Content outside of the finished Products delivered to you. You are solely responsible for how you use Content in combination with other images, text, graphics, or materials that you incorporate into your Products.

By using this Site, you agree not to include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or copyrighted material owned by a third party unless you have obtained the appropriate legal permissions. You warrant that your Products do not infringe any third-party rights—including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights—and do not contain any libelous, harassing, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise unlawful material. You are fully responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions for using third-party content in your Products.

Additionally, you agree not to post, upload, publish, or disseminate any content that is inappropriate, profane, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. By placing an order on this Site, you confirm that you have all necessary rights and authority to do so and authorize VistaPrint to produce the Products on your behalf.

Use of the Site for sending e-cards must not violate anti-spam laws. You may not use scripting, automation, or bots to create or send e-cards. VistaPrint may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, restrict the number of e-cards you send or the number of recipients you target.

Before placing an order or accessing certain Site features, you will need to create a Vista account. We offer single sign-on functionality, allowing you to use your credentials across affiliated services, such as VistaCreate and 99designs by Vista. Please refer to the “Your Account” section of the Vista General Terms and Conditions for more information.

You agree to use this Site responsibly, in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, including import/export regulations. You must not use the Site to create Products that are offensive, harmful, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate. VistaPrint reserves the right to refuse any content or cancel any order at any time, without explanation or prior notice.

VistaPrint may also terminate services or user accounts found to be engaging in inappropriate or unlawful activities or violating these Terms.

VistaPrint is not responsible for the content you post or produce via the Site, and makes no representations regarding the accuracy, legality, or decency of such content. You agree to release VistaPrint from any and all liability arising from the content you create or use through the Site.

Content or Products created through the Site must not be used under the purview of The Representation of the People Act, 1951. Users are solely responsible for any legal consequences that arise from the misuse of content or products in connection with this Act.

You further confirm that you will not use any unauthorized third-party content in your Products and that all necessary rights and permissions have been obtained.

Taxes

The Member agrees to pay all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) or any other similar taxes—whether international, national, state, or local—however designated, that are or may be imposed in connection with this Agreement. The Member is solely responsible for any such taxes, as well as any associated fees, including attorney and collection fees incurred by VistaPrint in recovering any outstanding balances owed.

This clause does not limit any other legal or equitable remedies available to VistaPrint.

If applicable, the Member agrees to provide a valid GST registration number and the corresponding Entity Name at the time of placing an order. The GST number and Entity Name must match the billing address provided. No changes to these details will be permitted after the order has been placed.

The Member acknowledges that VistaPrint is not responsible for verifying the GST registration number or the Entity Name provided. Any tax liabilities resulting from non-compliance with applicable laws, or from providing incorrect GST details, will be the sole responsibility of the Member.

If the Member fails to furnish a GST registration number at the time of placing the order, they will be treated as an unregistered entity and will not be eligible to claim any input tax credit.

Under the GST regime, VistaPrint’s liability will be limited strictly to the amount of tax charged by Hewlett & printing.
